Work-study positions are open to all current Northwestern undergraduate students and incoming freshmen who qualify for the federal work-study program. For more information about this program, visit Northwestern University's Work-Study Office.

You may mail, fax, or submit your application online. After we receive your application, someone from Pick-Staiger will contact you to arrange an interview.
In person: We make most of our in-person hires each September during the week of Wildcat Welcome. However, we occasionally have openings during the academic year. We encourage you to apply online, as our openings tend to fill quickly.
