Join the Northwestern University community for its celebration and commemoration of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The program will highlight remarks from leaders of Northwestern University and the city of Evanston and feature an uplifting performance by the world-renowned soul and gospel legend Mavis Staples.
Ticket holders must be seated by 11:55 a.m.
PLEASE NOTE: All advance tickets for the general public for this event have been claimed. However, you may still arrive in the lobby and wait until all ticketed patrons are seated. At that time, we will begin letting patrons without tickets in to the empty seats. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to get in to the performance, but every effort will be made to accommodate as many patrons as possible.

Pick-Staiger is located in the Arts Circle on the Evanston campus of Northwestern University.
Free parking is available in the parking structure just south of Pick-Staiger. Wheelchair accessible parking is in the same lot. Note that a university parking permit is required in this lot until 4 p.m. on weekdays.
The main lobby entrance for concerts is on the west side of the building (revolving and regular doors).
Wheelchair accessible seats (16) are located on the ends of rows G and H.
Restrooms are located in the north (Women) and south (Men) ends of the lobby.
