New time! Sundays at 5 p.m. beginning January 6

 

For the ninth consecutive year, Northwestern University's Henry and Leigh Bienen School of Music and WFMT-FM 98.7 will broadcast a weekly Sunday afternoon radio series showcasing Northwestern music faculty, ensembles, distinguished alumni, and guest artists in performance and conversation. This winter's four-week Music from Northwestern series will air four hour-long shows each Sunday at 5 p.m. CST from January 6 through 27, 2013. The series will also be available via live, streaming audio at wfmt.com.

WFMT program host and Northwestern University alumnus Kerry Frumkin will host the broadcasts. Richard Van Kleeck, director of concert activities for the Bienen School of Music, is co-producer of the Winter 2013 WFMT radio broadcasts along with Jesse McQuarters.
