Concert Ticket Access Card

Bienen School of Music students are entitled to one complimentary ticket to all Bienen School ensemble concerts, operas, public ticketed master classes, and faculty recitals. Please see below for details on using the card. If you have further questions, e-mail

How do I claim my complimentary ticket?

A Concert Ticket Access Card will be issued to all Bienen School students at the beginning of each academic year. Simply bring the Concert Ticket Access Card, along with your WildCARD, to the lobby of the concert venue before the performance and show both cards to the Ticket Office staff.

You must get a ticket to attend the performance. Anyone attempting to enter a hall without a ticket will be immediately removed from the venue and the privileges associated with the Concert Ticket Access Card will be revoked for the remainder of the year.

The Concert Ticket Access Card is non-transferable. Only the student identified on the card may use the card.

What if I lose the card?

If you lose your Concert Ticket Access Card, it is your responsibility to contact the box office before you attempt to claim concert tickets. Lost cards will be replaced once at no charge. Additional replacements will cost $5.

If I'm performing in a concert, can I get complimentary tickets for friends and family?

You may obtain additional complimentary tickets for performances in which you appear. Visit the Ticket Office at Pick-Staiger Concert Hall during regular operating hours (Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.) to obtain performer comps.

Does the card expire?

The card expires at the end of the academic year. Returning students will be issued a new card at the beginning of the next academic year.

Can I use this card for tickets to other performances?

The card is not valid for guest artist concerts, the Segovia Classical Guitar Series, the Winter Chamber Music Festival, or Spring Festival concerts unless you are otherwise notified by the Pick-Staiger Concert Hall staff. Occasionally, specific disciplines will be allowed one complimentary ticket to guest artist concerts that are relevant to their degree. Please see below for a full listing of events for which you may use the card.
