The Republic of Strings, led by the great violin-viola virtuoso Darol Anger, is an exciting musical principality that recognizes no borders. The group’s scintillating arrangements and virtuosic flair embrace and energize great music from styles as diverse as traditional, pop, jazz, R & B, bluegrass, and classical. Special guest Heather Masse is a member of the Juno Award–winning Canadian group the Wailin’ Jennys.
Tickets are $18 for the general public, $15 for senior citizens and Northwestern faculty/staff, and $8 for students.

Pick-Staiger is located in the Arts Circle on the Evanston campus of Northwestern University.
Free parking is available in the parking structure just south of Pick-Staiger. Wheelchair accessible parking is in the same lot. Note that a university parking permit is required in this lot until 4 p.m. on weekdays.
The main lobby entrance for concerts is on the west side of the building (revolving and regular doors).
Wheelchair accessible seats (16) are located on the ends of rows G and H.
Restrooms are located in the north (Women) and south (Men) ends of the lobby.
