Description
The celebrated Chicago Jazz Ensemble, led by the great trumpeter Jon Faddis, comes to Pick-Staiger to perform Duke Ellington's jazz symphony Black, Brown, and Beige. The program also includes a wonderful new composition by Northwestern jazz studies director Victor Goines. Benny: Then, Now, and Forever honors the great Benny Goodman in grand fashion and promises to be an exhilarating finale to our festival of celebrations.
Tickets are $18 for the general public, $15 for senior citizens and Northwestern faculty/staff, and $8 for students.
Pick-Staiger Concert Hall is an event partner of WDCB 90.9 FM.

Pick-Staiger is located in the Arts Circle on the Evanston campus of Northwestern University.
Free parking is available in the parking structure just south of Pick-Staiger. Wheelchair accessible parking is in the same lot. Note that a university parking permit is required in this lot until 4 p.m. on weekdays.
The main lobby entrance for concerts is on the west side of the building (revolving and regular doors).
Wheelchair accessible seats (16) are located on the ends of rows G and H.
Restrooms are located in the north (Women) and south (Men) ends of the lobby.
