Description
Victor Goines, ensemble director and clarinet; Christopher Madsen, ensemble coordinator and alto saxophone; Marcus Printup, trumpet
Members of the Bienen School jazz ensemble perform holiday arrangements by Wynton Marsalis, Victor Goines, and Wycliffe Gordon. The concert features guest trumpeter Marcus Printup, a member of the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra since 1993. Billboard Magazine hails him as "jazz's best kept secret," while All About Jazz declares, "Printup's full sound has a vocal quality to it, as no lyrics are needed. Printup was featured onscreen and in the soundtrack for the film Playing by Heart and has recorded several albums as a bandleader. His latest album, London Lullaby, was released in January of 2009.

Description
Regenstein is located directly south of Pick-Staiger in the Arts Circle.
Free parking is available in the parking structure just south of Regenstein. Wheelchair accessible parking is in the same lot. Note that a university parking permit is required in this lot until 4 p.m. on weekdays.
The main entrance is the southern door on the west side of the building.
Wheelchair accessible seats are available in the uppermost row of the auditorium.
Restrooms are located in the lobby.
